1. About Senso

Senso provides AI-powered property accessibility analysis reports ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Senso. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Your Account

You sign in using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You must not share access to your Senso account with others.

4. Free Use and Fair-Use Limits

• Senso is free to use. No payment is required to analyse properties.
• To keep the service sustainable, fair-use limits apply: up to 50 analyses per signed-in user per calendar month, and additional per-network limits to prevent abuse.
• We may adjust these limits from time to time. If your usage routinely exceeds the limits, we will contact you before restricting access.
• You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent property information.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service beyond normal use.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' access.

6. Analysis Reports

Senso analysis reports are generated using artificial intelligence and publicly available information. Reports are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, surveying, or otherwise).

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any report. You should always conduct your own due diligence and seek professional advice before making decisions based on a report.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology comprising the Service are owned by Senso. You retain ownership of any data you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your submitted data solely for the purpose of generating your reports.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data and analysis history will be permanently removed. Stripe financial records are retained for 7 years as required by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
