A home that works for you, for life.
Senso helps people check a home’s accessibility and helps estate agents and occupational therapists improve the work around it.
A first check from a property listing. Free to use. It cannot confirm everything about a home.
How can Senso help you?
For you and your family
Know more before you visit.
Checking a home for yourself or someone you care about? Start with what the listing shows about steps, stairs and everyday access. See what may work and what still needs checking.
The listing check is free.
For estate agents
Help your branch run better.
Follow-ups get missed. The same details get entered twice. Useful conversations stall.
We look at where work gets stuck, then agree practical improvements around your team and the tools you use. We also help you give buyers clearer information about access.
Start with a free conversation. Any audit or build is agreed and priced separately.
For occupational therapists
More time for your practice. Less repeated admin.
For private practices, we help with preparation and repeated admin. Any paid work is scoped separately.
You can also use the free listing check as a starting point for a home visit. Your judgement stays yours. Feedback on the listing check is welcome.
Useful help starts with an honest picture.
Start with what matters to you.
That might be getting through a front door, preparing for a home visit or following up an enquiry.
Be clear about what we know.
The listing check uses the information available. If the photos cannot answer a question, we say so. It is an early check to help you decide what to look at next, not a certificate or an assessment in person.
Agree the next step.
For a home, that may mean asking a question or checking something at a viewing. For a branch or practice, we agree the work and its price before starting.
The facts must be true, even when the honest answer is no.
Helping an agent present a property does not change what we say about its access.
What we can show so far
You can try the free listing check today. It looks for details such as steps, stairs and a downstairs toilet.
The check is still a pilot: a first check, not a certificate. Treat it as a starting point for further questions.
A real example: Branch Road, Limehouse, E14
This is not a clean pass. The report shows what the listing evidence supports and what the photos could not confirm.
Why Karthik started Senso
“I had stage-1 cancer and went through surgery and chemotherapy. My body couldn’t do what it used to, and my own home became restrictive. That set me on a journey to help people with access needs. It’s why I’m building Senso.”
Finding, checking and adapting a home
Our ambition is to support more of the home journey as people’s needs change.
- Find
- Help people find homes that could work for them.
- Check
- Build a fuller picture of a home’s access, including measurements and assessment in person.
- Adapt
- Help people make changes to a home as their needs change.
This is the direction we are building towards. Today, Senso offers the listing check and practical support for branches and practices. The wider finding and adaptation services are not available yet.
Start with what you need today.
